Overview

Through the generosity of donors, grants, and Wyoming Military Department funds, we proudly present Volume 1 of this two-volume project.

Your hardbound book will come with a uniquely designed clamshell box not only to protect the book during shipment and storage but also to serve as a treasured keepsake.

The 12-inch by 12-inch, coffee table-style format book is printed in full color. Maps, charts, sidebars, and many previously unpublished photographs highlight individuals, special events, and activities. A detailed index allows readers to fully research a wide range of topics and individuals. The donor recognition and contributors section details those who donated their time, talent, and treasure to bring this project to life.

The research and writing of Volume 2 are in progress; a preview is included in this first volume.

The Wyoming National Guard Historical Society, a nonprofit 501(3)(c) organization, is responsible for the content of this book. The society is co-located at the Wyoming National Guard Museum, 624 East Pershing Boulevard, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, (307) 432-0057.
